The app needs to add a stabilizer timer, as well as a post wash timer for items like PhotoFlo, and allow the stop bath to be removed. Also probably a good idea to add Blix to the app.
Preheat the developer and blix to 103 - 105f or 40C. I normally place both in a bucket then fill with hot water which is around 100 here then add boiling hot water to finish bringing the temperature up. I double check the chemistry with instaread thermometer before starting.
After development, pass the stop bath, and substitute Blix in timer called Fix.
Development I use 15 seconds agitation then 4 inversions every thirty seconds be sure to double tap after inversion, same for the Blix.
After you finish the 3 minutes wash under running water making sure to agitate lightly from time to time. The next step is drain the water and add the stabilizer for 30 sec to 1 minute.
Optional but highly recommended is to use Kodak PhotoFlo* by filling the tank with water and add a few drops of PhotoFlo then agitate lightly to mix for about a minute.
Then squeegee dry and hang for a few hours unless you have a film dryer.
* PhotoFlo really helps prevent streaks, spots, and stains. If you live in an area with chemically treated water or have hard water this is essential.
